It was 1997 when the Executive Director of
CPC Gaston received a call from someone in
Lincoln County about starting a Crisis Pregnancy
Center in Lincoln County. After lots of prayer,
groundwork and more prayer the Center was opened
on January 5, 2001 and Sherry Overbey served as
the first Executive Director. With a Board of
Directors committed to serving clients in need
of hope and the unborn in need of a voice the
center has prospered and in 2003 saw 290
clients. Thanks be to God.
